The Grays Harbor Stream Team will be removing Scotch broom with the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport. This restoration project will improve the health of the Chehalis River by opening up areas for native plantings. Native plants along our stream banks improve water quality, provide shade, and stabilize banks. All of these make for better fish habitat.
Coffee, snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided.
This volunteer event was made possible by the Grays Harbor Community Foundation.
