This weekend, we will be celebrating World Fish Migration Day! There are great events lined up globally, with participants from about 70 countries! In Africa, we will have a special full day online event called 'Love Flows in Africa'. This will be an online streaming event hosted by World Fish Migration Foundation from the Nairobi National Museum. We will have several sessions and you are all free to join any session you wish!
In the morning we will host a special webinar focused on fish passage and river connectivity in Kenya. In the afternoon we will connect live with many of the WFMD events happening around the continent and world. Together we will celebrate their work and find out about what people are doing in their regions to save rivers and migratory fishes. We would love each of you to attend, listen and discover the importance of our rivers and why the protection of the migratory fish is more important now than ever before. Feel free to ask any question during the webinars that you may have in regards to the topics that will be discussed. See attached for the various session programs.
