Capeenpuro

Capeenpuro is a biodiversity research project aimed at restoring the wild brown trout populations and other species. We have constructed about 1,2 kilometers of river. we will study how fast nature colonizes the newly built area, and how fast nature recovers from the work done. we will also study how well the new various areas of the river work and are accepted by brown trout, in order to learn more about the habitat preferences of Brown Trout. But also the spreading and colonization of plants and insects will be monitored.
