Discussion panel on removing old non-functional waterway barriers in Slovenia
Discussion panel will be held with invited governmemntal representatives on how to remove non functional water barriers on rivers in Slovenia in general and the plan to remove a non- functional dam on the Sevnična river in the town of Sevnica itself. The discussion will also touch upon the needs of migrarorty fish and EU Water Framework Directive and its goal of enabling 25.000 km of free flowing rivers in EU.
