Save the date! On October 13 & 14, 2022 the California Fish Passage Forum and Salmonid Restoration Federation are sponsoring a gathering to celebrate the upcoming removal of the Klamath River dams and efforts to improve fish passage in the basin. The event will feature speakers from tribes, the Klamath River Renewal Corporation, and other partners who work to restore habitat in the Klamath Basin, and will be followed by tours of local restoration projects. 

This event builds off of the Klamath Dam Removal StoryMap developed by the California Fish Passage Forum, Klamath River Renewal Corporation, NOAA Fisheries, and the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission in honor of World Fish Migration Day in 2020.
